Welcome! These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Kim Lloyd Photography’s website and services. By booking a session or using our services, you agree to these Terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Agreement

By booking a photography session or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session unless otherwise noted. The remaining balance is due one week prior to your session date.
2.2. Accepted payment methods are listed on our website. Pricing is subject to change, but the rate confirmed at booking will be honored.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

3.1. Sessions can be rescheduled without incurring any penalty if done more than 14 days prior to the session date. Any rescheduling made within one week of the session date will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Any cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will result in a forfeit of the entire session fee.
3.2. In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., severe weather, illness), Kim Lloyd Photography will make every effort to reschedule at a mutually agreeable time.

4. Copyright & Usage

4.1. All photographs are protected under U.S. copyright law. Copyright remains with Kim Lloyd Photography LLC.
4.2. Clients are granted a personal, non-commercial license to use images for printing, sharing on personal websites, and social media. Commercial use requires prior written consent and may incur additional fees.
4.3. Clients may not alter, edit, or apply filters to images without written permission. Watermarks or logos may not be removed.

5. Model Release

5.1. By participating in a session, you grant Kim Lloyd Photography permission to use images for promotional purposes, including website, social media, and marketing materials.
5.2. If you prefer not to have your images used in this way, you must notify us in writing prior to your session.

6. Liability

6.1. While every effort is made to ensure safety and care, Kim Lloyd Photography is not responsible for injury, damage, or loss during a session.
6.2. Clients are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings.

7. Privacy

Personal information provided to Kim Lloyd Photography will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website.
